DoLquest applies systems thinking to the understanding of self, others, and the world. It has led to the creation of Third-Generation Profiles: the Integral Profile and the TeamIN Profile. Each profile captures the singular value of an individual or a team.

Originally developed for the business environment, DoLquest builds on the work of certified Experts. It reveals and brings forward the dynamics and potential at play within individuals, teams, and organisations.

It enables aligned and relevant action in evolving contexts. Its systemic nature allows for deep and lasting transformation, creating value across professional and organisational development.

Beyond this, what matters most is its underlying intention: to uphold and transmit a particular vision of the person. The person, not the individual, aware of context and its influence, grounded from within, a being of relationships and presence, entirely unique, alive and becoming, multidimensional and irreducible.

Fully aligned with this perspective, my role as Head of the DoLquest Academy is to sustain and activate this work, and to develop the value it brings, both for DoLquest Experts and within professional and organisational contexts.
