Connecting worlds, knowledge and experience to reveal what matters and open new paths for thought and action.
My path has been shaped by a continuing dialogue between distinct fields of knowledge. Its foundations lie in medieval history, philosophy and the longue durée; in the study of classical European traditions and Latin; in modern European languages; in the languages and civilisations of India; and in Classical Chinese. Training in business and management brought a further understanding of organisations, strategy and leadership.
This perspective later broadened to encompass complexity science, neuroscience and systems thinking. My experience as a business leader, alongside my work as a lecturer and with senior executives in Parisian Grandes Écoles and universities, keeps this dialogue between knowledge and experience alive.
These different perspectives, brought into conversation, reveal how individual dynamics, organisational structures and cultural patterns interact. They shed light on what is shaping a situation and where leaders and teams have room to act.
Today, I work as a strategic Business Partner alongside leaders, teams and organisations facing significant challenges, drawing on my experience as a business leader and on my work within the DoLquest Academy.

As Head of the Academy, my mission is to nurture, transmit and activate this approach, both for DoLquest Experts and in my work as a Business Partner with leaders and teams.
