Alignment and Meaning
DoLquest, its Personal Profiles and specific methodologies, embodies and brings to life a certain idea of the person. It is fully aligned with who I am and with what I seek to contribute to the world.

With DoLquest Systemic, I therefore have a rare resource: exacting, rigorous and alive. It does not simplify; it illuminates. It does not fix; it reveals. I adopted it not as an external instrument, but as a subtle extension of my own systemic and dynamic approach to living systems.
Pioneering in third-generation Profiles and grounded in complex systems science and neuroscience, DoLquest was systemic from the outset. It goes to the heart of what matters while opening the way to a fine understanding of one’s own unique and dynamic system, and of its interactions with others and with the organisational cultures.
As Head of the DoLquest Group Academy, I contribute to developing and deepening the DoLquest offering, and to transmitting the fundamentals that make it a distinctive, high-value resource. I ensure the coherence and rigour intrinsic to DoLquest, as well as their proper understanding and application by active certified DoLquest Experts.
