DoLquest Systemic, its Personal Profiles and its specific methodologies embody and bring to life a certain idea of the person. This idea is fully consistent with who I am and with what I wish to help bring into the world.

As Head of the DoLquest Group Academy, I contribute to the development and deepening of the offering, as well as to the transmission of the fundamentals that make DoLquest a distinctive, high-value support. I pay close attention to the coherence and rigour specific to DoLquest, and to their proper appropriation by the Academy participants.

This work reveals the lines of force, the unspoken elements and the tensions, as well as the hidden resources of a team. It energizes the collective’s ability to adjust, cooperate and evolve together with precision.
As a Business Partner
When I support a team with TeamIN, the dynamic and shared reading of what is at play in the relationships, the forces present, the areas of tension, potential and hidden resources activates the deeper levers of the team.
This living, real-time mapping enables teams to understand themselves more clearly, adjust, decide and evolve together with greater awareness. Each intervention is designed tailor-made, based on the team’s real issues, within its own context.
For the Professionals
I also contribute to training professionals in this systemic approach to the team, which is both demanding and immediately operational.
This involves, among other things, learning to read collective dynamics without projecting onto them, to formulate the relevant questions at the right moment, and to support team movements with precision, without ever imposing a model.
